The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority - BaFin for short - is the central supervisory authority for banks and financial service providers, insurers and securities trading in Germany.

As an integrated supervisor, our goal is to ensure the functionality, stability and integrity of the German financial center, to protect the collective interests of consumers and thus to create trust.
